At AuraEffects.com, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Digital Products (Presets)

• All of our products are digital downloads (Lightroom presets).

• Because digital files cannot be “returned”, we generally do not offer refunds once the files have been delivered to you.

  
  

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same product.

• You received a duplicate order due to a technical issue.

• The file provided is corrupted or cannot be accessed, and we are unable to replace it.
  
  

3. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

• You change your mind after purchase.

• You purchased the wrong product by mistake.

• You do not have compatible software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom) to use the presets.
